Academic background of Dr. AK: My Master’s and PhD research focused on Continuing Professional Development (CPD), Teacher Leadership, Systems Change, and how these intersect to achieve Quality Education in both the UK and internationally. I bring both a strong theoretical foundation and real-world research experience to the table.
